A slot is classified as a Food Truck Event when it has 3 or more confirmed trucks. This ensures enough variety to attract a crowd and give attendees a real food truck experience. Single-truck or two-truck slots are listed as regular bookings.

All food truck events include full marketing across CLT Food Truck Events, CLTBucketlist, and our partner network. A marketing fee starting at $50 applies upon approval — subject to increase depending on event size and number of trucks.You'll always review and confirm the final fee before being charged.

Any time slot with 3 or more confirmed food trucks is classified as a food truck event. Slots with 1–2 trucks are listed as standard bookings and do not receive food truck event status or marketing. The 3-truck minimum ensures enough variety to attract a crowd.

All food truck events are marketed across cltfoodtruckevents.com, CLTBucketlist social channels, and our partner network. The base fee starts at $50 and may increase depending on event size and location. You will always be notified of the exact amount and must confirm before any charge is made.
Food trucks pay a flat $15 booking fee per confirmed slot, same as any regular booking. There are no extra fees for food truck events.
Most events are reviewed within 24 hours. We will notify you by email as soon as your event is approved or if we need any additional information.
