When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other usage data. We use this information to improve the Platform and your experience.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Platform, process bookings and payments, display your public business profile to other users and the public, send booking confirmations and notifications via email, enforce our Trust Factor system, improve the Platform and develop new features, respond to your inquiries and support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Certain information is made publicly available on the Platform by design. This includes your business name, description, cuisine type, logo, photos, address (for venues), reviews, and Trust Factor color. Public profiles are viewable by anyone, including non-logged-in visitors, and may be indexed by search engines.

We may share your information with other Platform users as necessary to facilitate bookings (for example, sharing a food truck's contact information with a venue after a booking is confirmed). We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as email delivery and payment processing services. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers. Our payment processors maintain their own privacy and security policies.
